Kat Steel is an American actress and voice actress known for her work in video games and anime dubbing. She was raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and graduated from Cranbrook Schools before earning a bachelor's degree in psychology from Albion College. After relocating to Los Angeles, she established a career that includes voice acting, on-camera roles, hosting, and modeling. Among her early achievements in the anime and gaming community was co-hosting the Anime Expo Masquerade in 2010 alongside voice actors Kyle Hebert and Matthew Mercer.
Steel is best recognized for her contributions to major fighting game franchises, most notably as the English voice of the kunoichi Ibuki. She first voiced the character in Super Street Fighter IV in 2010 and reprised the role in subsequent titles, including Street Fighter X Tekken in Fighter V in 2016.
