Keiko Imamura is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on January 31, 1974, in Fujieda, Shizuoka, Japan. She stands 158 centimeters tall and has AB blood type. Imamura graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Fujieda Nishi High School, where she served as student council president.

Imamura began her entertainment career after winning the grand prize at the third Toho Cinderella audition in 1991. She was formerly affiliated with Toho Entertainment. Her early work included live-action film roles, most notably playing one of the fairy twins Cosmos in the 1992 film Godzilla vs. Mothra, a role she shared with actress Sayaka Osawa. For this performance, she and Osawa received the Newcomer of the Year award at the 16th Japan Academy Prize ceremony.

In anime, Imamura is known for two significant voice roles from the 1990s. She voiced Hikari Amamiya in the television series H2, which aired from 1995 to 1996. She also portrayed Shizuka Todo, a rich heiress and childhood friend of the F4 group, in the anime adaptation of Boys Over Flowers (known in Japan as Hana Yori Dango), which ran from 1996 to 1997. She reprised this role for the 1997 film Hana Yori Dango: The Movie.

Additional voice work includes the role of Ayano Nishina in the 1997 OVA Baby Love and a guest appearance as Hanayo in an episode of the long-running series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen Mae Hashutsujo in 2001. In video games, she voiced Yukie Ihashashi in the 2009 game Aibou DS. She also worked in Japanese dubbing, providing the voice for Min Ju Yeon in the Korean drama All In in 2004.
