Lipica Shah is an American actor and voice actor based in New York City, recognized for her work in English dubs of anime series and films. Her career encompasses a range of performances across animation, television, and theater.

In anime, Shah is known for several prominent roles. She voiced Yaeko Nishimiya, the mother of the main character Shoko Nishimiya, in the critically acclaimed Kyoto Animation film A Silent Voice. She provided the voice for Lalah Sune in the English dub of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin: Advent of the Red Comet, a key character in the Gundam franchise's lore. Shah also voiced the character Nobara in the Netflix original anime series Vampire in the Garden and played Isabelle Müller in the series Great Pretender. Her extensive work with the Pokémon anime includes voicing various Officer Jennys in the Unova region and the Decolore Islands during Pokémon the Series: Black & White, as well as the character Sima in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. More recently, she voiced Geeta in Pokémon Horizons: The Series and Caneeya the Fruit Trimming in Ishura.

Beyond voice acting, Shah has an extensive background in on-screen and stage performances. She has appeared in television series such as The Girls on the Bus, The Following, Person of Interest, and White Collar. Her theater credits include originating roles at Manhattan Theatre Club, The New Group, and American Conservatory Theater. Shah has also worked as an audiobook narrator, including for The Fall of Roe.

Shah frequently works with New York-based audio production companies, particularly NYAV Post, which produced the English dubs for A Silent Voice and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin. In addition to her performance career, Shah is an advocate for inclusion in the entertainment industry. She co-founded the nonprofit organization 1497, which supports artists of South Asian descent and challenges their underrepresentation in American film and television. She is also on the Steering Committee of the Asian American Performers Action Coalition, which received Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre in 2022.
