Lipica Shah is an American actor and voice actor based in New York City, recognized for her work in English dubs of anime series and films. Her career encompasses a range of performances across animation, television, and theater.
In anime, Shah is known for several prominent roles. She voiced Yaeko Nishimiya, the mother of the main character Shoko Nishimiya, in the critically acclaimed Kyoto Animation film A Silent Voice. She provided the voice for Lalah Sune in the English dub of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin: Advent of the Red Comet, a key character in the Gundam franchise's lore. Shah also voiced the character Nobara in the Netflix original anime series Vampire in the Garden and played Isabelle Müller in the series Great Pretender. Her extensive work with the Pokémon anime includes voicing various Officer Jennys in the Unova region and the Decolore Islands during Pokémon the Series: Black & White, as well as the character Sima in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon.
