Dom Dinh is an Australian voice actress who works in anime dubbing, video games, and animation. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, she began recording voice-over work as a hobby from the age of fifteen for fan productions before transitioning into professional work. She identifies as a transgender woman.

In the field of anime, Dinh is known for the role of Miss Kinoshita in the English dub of the gag comedy series Ishida and Asakura. This short-form anime, which originally aired in Japan in 2013, received an English dub produced by Ascendant Animation in 2020, with Dinh voicing the character of Kinoshita, a teacher. The English dub was released on DVD, and Dinh appeared in six episodes of the series. Her other anime and animation work includes roles in the series Lovely Complex.

Beyond traditional anime, Dinh has contributed her voice to several video game projects. She is the voice of Kopi in the sandbox dating sim Date Everything, a title to which she also contributed as a writer. Her voice can also be heard in the video game Tower of God: New World. In the Australian-developed space opera adventure game Warp Frontier, she voiced the character Titus Tran, a member of a resistance movement and the best friend of the protagonist.

Throughout her career, Dinh has worked with a range of companies and production teams, including Crunchyroll, Well Go USA, and Rooster Teeth. Her English dub work on Ishida and Asakura placed her alongside cast members such as Joshua Waters, Cole Feuchter, and Steve Warky Nunez, with the dub directed by Kiba Walker. Her professional gear for voice recording has included a Neumann TLM 102 microphone and PreSonus Studio 68 interface.
