Scotty Fults is an anime voice actor known for his work on English dubbed productions. Based in Houston, Texas, he has a background as a stage actor before moving into voice-over work for anime. He has built a portfolio of supporting and secondary roles across numerous series, often contributing to casts organized by major dubbing studios in the Houston area.

Fults is perhaps best recognized for his role as Takashi Uotani, the husband of a baker in the Usagiyama Shopping District, in the series Tamako Market and its sequel film Tamako Love Story. In the film, he also provided the voice for Teacher A. Beyond this well-known part, his voice acting credits include a variety of characters across different genres. He voiced Roberto Abarth in Chaika - The Coffin Princess, Takahashi in DRAMAtical Murder, and Fujita as well as Jakujou in From the New World. His other significant roles include Tsuda Sokyu in The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, Winkeny in The Book of Bantorra, and Kuse in Night Raid 1931.

In the series Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Fults performed multiple characters, including Kotaro, Natsume, and Yamamoto. He also had several small roles in Mayo Chiki!, providing the voices for a doctor, a homeroom teacher, and a member of the video game club. Additional credits include playing Kumakichi Yanagawa, Onodera, a soldier, and T.B. Glover in Intrigue in the Bakumatsu - Irohanihoheto. Throughout his career, Scotty Fults has consistently contributed as an additional voice actor, creating a diverse body of work within the English anime dubbing industry.
