Tilman Borck is a German voice actor, born in Hamburg in 1968. He pursued his education in acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles and later at the European Film Actor School in Zurich from 1992 to 1994. Since 1995, he has worked as both an actor and a voice actor, lending his voice to numerous television series, films, and video games. He also worked as a lecturer at the Akademie Deutsche POP in Hamburg between 2011 and 2014.

Borck is best known in the anime community for his role as Chiaki Nagoya, also known as the phantom thief Sindbad, in the German dubbing of the series Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne. In this production, he voiced the character for the majority of the series, while the child version of the character was voiced by actress Chieko Atarashi. The German television broadcast of the series took place around 2001.

Beyond this notable role, his voice acting portfolio includes several other anime and animated series. He voiced Simon in The Seven Deadly Sins and its sequel The Seven Deadly Sins: Signs of Holy War. He also played Shinichi Kaji in the second German synchronization of Wedding Peach, which aired on television in 2001. In the film Naruto Shippuden: The Movie, synchronized in Germany in 2016, he provided the voice for the character Kusuna. Other work includes roles in non-Japanese animations, such as Sega in El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera and Curly the worm in the German version of VeggieTales.

In addition to his synchronization work for series, Borck has voiced characters in various films and video games. His film work includes dubbing roles for Lethal Warrior, Operation Marijuana, and Sarah & Summer - Gemeinsam sind wir stark. He has also worked as a voice actor in the video game Wolfenstein: The New Order and as a narrator for audio dramas, including the children's series Die drei??? Kids. As a live-action actor, he has appeared in films such as Teenaged and Limited Games.

Borck is also active in film production. In 1997, he wrote, directed, produced, and composed the music for the short film Der Schatz des Zaren, which was featured at a film festival in Uppsala, Sweden. Years later, in spring 2017, he completed the international feature film The Midas Touch, in which he served as producer, director, screenwriter, actor, and composer.
