Naoko Sakakibara is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace. She was born on June 11 in Tokyo, though her birth year has not been publicly disclosed. Her professional background includes holding a librarian qualification, and she lists competitive skiing as a hobby and special skill.

Sakakibara began her voice acting career in the mid-2000s. Her early anime work includes a guest role as a female customer in the 2005 series Angel Heart and providing the voice of a young Isono Funé in a 2008 special episode of Sazae-san. In 2009, she had a role as a student in the anime series Summer Storm.

She gained wider recognition in the early 2010s. In 2011, she voiced Yosuke Yosano, a teacher, in the comedy anime R-15. The following year, she was cast in her most prominent role as Reiko Mikami, the mysterious aunt of the protagonist, in the horror mystery series Another.
