Debora Magnaghi, also credited as Deborah Magnaghi, is an Italian voice actress and television presenter known for her extensive work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Italian market. She was born in Milan on June 17, 1970.

Magnaghi began her voice acting career in the 1980s as a teenager, lending her voice to the title character in the anime Little Memole. In addition to her voice work, she became a familiar face to Italian audiences as the host of popular children's television programs such as Ciao Ciao and Bim Bum Bam on Mediaset networks during the late 1980s and 1990s. She also appeared as an actress in the live-action series Love Me Licia, playing the role of Hildegard.

Magnaghi is best known for providing the Italian voices for several major characters in long-running anime franchises. She is the Italian voice of Ami Mizuno, also known as Sailor Mercury, in the entire Sailor Moon series. She voices Android 18 in the Dragon Ball franchise, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super, and also provided an initial voice for the character Vados in Dragon Ball Super. Another signature role is Ran Mouri in the Italian dubs of the long-running series Detective Conan, also known as Case Closed. She also played the role of Hildegarde in the series Beelzebub.

Her extensive portfolio includes a wide range of other notable anime roles. She voices Tamayo in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the Sword Maiden in Goblin Slayer, and Macrophage in Cells at Work!. In My Hero Academia, she provides voices for multiple characters, including Momo Yaoyorozu, Inko Midoriya, and Reiko Yanagi. Her other roles include Ichigo Momomiya in Tokyo Mew Mew, Sara in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Seras Victoria in Hellsing, and Shizune in the Naruto series. She also voices Roxy in the Italian animated fantasy series Winx Club starting from its fourth season.

Beyond anime, Magnaghi has voiced characters in western animation, such as Barbara Gordon, also known as Batgirl, in various Batman animated series. Her video game work includes voicing Pharah in Overwatch and Jill Valentine in the 2020 remake of Resident Evil 3.

Throughout her career, she has frequently collaborated with a number of other Italian voice actors. She has worked most often with Emanuela Pacotto, with over thirty shared projects, as well as with Federica Valenti, Claudio Moneta, and Cinzia Massironi, among many others.
