Ray Pacursa is a voice actor and localization professional known for work on Tagalog-language dubs of Japanese anime. Based in Manila, Philippines, Pacursa has contributed to several anime productions both as a performer and as a member of the creative staff.

Pacursa is recognized for voicing two characters in the Tagalog-dubbed version of the science fiction action series Heroman. Pacursa provided the voice for Matthew "Professor" Denton as well as Nicholas "Nick" de Carlo in this series. In the romance drama series Bokura ga Ita, Pacursa played the role of Boy 4.

Beyond voice acting, Pacursa has also worked behind the scenes on anime localization, serving as a scriptwriter and translator for the Tagalog version of Heroman.
