Yasmien Kurdi is a Filipino actress and singer who has also worked as a voice actor for the Tagalog-dubbed version of the anime series Bleach. She is best known for providing the voice of the character Rukia Kuchiki in the Philippine broadcast of the Bleach anime. Her work on the series spanned six years. Kurdi also voiced the same character in the 2009 film Bleach the Movie: Memories of Nobody for its Tagalog release. Her career as a mainstream actress began after she was a finalist on the reality talent competition StarStruck, which led to numerous roles in television dramas and films. Her voice acting work has been primarily focused on the Bleach franchise, for which she has publicly expressed pride in being the Filipino voice of Rukia Kuchiki.
