Rozanne Curtis, whose full name is Rozanne Damone Curtis, is an American voice actress and choreographer recognized for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. She is known professionally as Rozie Curtis. Her voice acting career has been primarily associated with ADV Films and Seraphim Digital, two studios based in her home state of Texas.

Curtis has built an extensive filmography with a concentration of roles in the early 2000s and 2010s. Among her most frequently cited performances is the role of Anzu Kadotani, the student council president, in the series Girls und Panzer and its related films. She also provided the voice for the personification of the aircraft carrier Musashi in the series Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere and its second season. Another notable role is Agiri Goshiki, a self-proclaimed ninja, in the comedy series Kill Me Baby.

Her voice work includes a variety of supporting roles across numerous other anime titles. In the drama series Clannad and Clannad After Story, she voiced the characters Rie Nishima and Yagi. She also played Mitsuko Torii in Demon King Daimao and Behomi in Pani Poni Dash!. Her earlier credits from the late 1990s and 2000s include roles in Generator Gawl, AD Police, All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku, and Saiyuki. In the series Samurai Girls, she performed the role of Kanetsugu Naoe under the alias Vestal Vee.

Curtis performed the English voice for Ritsuko Inoue in the fantasy comedy series Those Who Hunt Elves, appearing in all twenty-four episodes of the show which aired from 1996 to 1997. The character is a member of the main group of adventurers transported from Earth to a magical world. In this role, she is credited on screen as Rozanne Curtis.

Beyond her voice acting, Curtis has worked as a choreographer and has held professional positions in the arts, including as a manager of community outreach for Theatre Under the Stars and an associate director for Crosswind Productions.
