Francisco Reséndez, born Francisco Reséndez Novoa on July 10, 1941, is a respected Mexican voice actor and dubbing director known for his extensive career in Latin American Spanish dubbing. Often referred to by his nickname "Don Paco," he is recognized for bringing a wide range of characters to life across animation, anime, and live-action productions.

In the world of anime, Reséndez is best known for his portrayal of Makarov Dreyar, the venerable master of the Fairy Tail guild, in the Latin American Spanish dub of the series Fairy Tail. He also voiced the character Dot Pixis in the Mexican Spanish dub of the critically acclaimed series Attack on Titan. Beyond these prominent roles, his anime voice credits include characters in Patlabor.

Reséndez's voice acting career spans many decades and genres. He gained significant recognition for being the voice of the beloved character Scooby-Doo in various productions during the 1980s. His work in animation also includes providing voices for series such as The Simpsons, Johnny Bravo, and Donkey Kong, where he voiced the character Mario.
