Scott Rayow, often credited professionally as Scottie Ray, is an American voice actor who has been active in the industry since 2000. He has worked with several notable studios for English-language dubs, including NYAV Post, DuArt Film and Video, 4Kids Entertainment, and Central Park Media. He is best known for voicing The Shredder in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and Zane Truesdale in the anime Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
