Valeria Castillo

Description
Valeria Castillo is a retired Venezuelan dubbing actress and voice-over artist known primarily for her work on anime series produced for the Latin American Spanish market. Her career in voice acting includes a range of supporting and secondary roles in early twenty-first century anime productions.

Among her most notable voice credits is the role of Mercedes in the series Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, a futuristic adaptation of the classic Alexandre Dumas novel. She also provided the voice for Aoko Aozaki in the series Lunar Legend Tsukihime, a supernatural anime based on a visual novel. Her other significant anime roles include Marta in both Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Takane in Burst Angel, Reira in Black Cat, Sprocket in Viewtiful Joe, Patra in Medabots, An Tachibana in The Prince of Tennis (episodes eleven through forty-eight), and Nozomi as well as a nurse in Escuela de Detectives.

Beyond anime, Castillo contributed to several animated series. Her voice can be heard as Princess Diaspora, Zarathustra, Concorda, and Kalia across multiple seasons of Winx Club. She also voiced Madame Rouge in Teen Titans, Jeera in Tak and the Power of Juju, Mama Dinky Doo in Pinky Dinky Doo, Nova in Megas XLR, and Sam in Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs. Additional roles include Lolly in The Koala Brothers, Pulpolena in Save-Ums!, and Lucille Johnson in The Kid from the East Side.
