Marc Worden
Description
Marc Worden is a Canadian American actor and voice actor born David Marc Worden on June 5, 1976, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He began his career in Toronto theater and television at a young age, making his first known stage appearance in a school production in 1986. In 1990, he relocated to the United States to work for the Walt Disney Company and became a cast member on the Disney Channel series The All New Mickey Mouse Club for five seasons.
Worden has extensive experience across live action television and voice over work. His on screen credits include recurring roles such as Alexander Rozhenko on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, as well as guest appearances on series including Six Feet Under, NYPD Blue, Saving Grace, CSI NY, and The Mentalist.
In the anime field, Worden is recognized as the first English voice actor for Yasutora Chad Sado in the series Bleach. He provided the voice for Chad from episode two through episode eighty five of the English dub. The character is a friend and classmate of protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki, known for his imposing stature, quiet demeanor, and protective nature. After Worden departed the role, it was subsequently voiced by Jamieson Price.
Beyond anime, Worden has an extensive career in animated films, television series, and video games.
