Francesco Maggioni was born in Turin, Italy, on August 3, 1994. He is an actor, voice actor, speaker, author, and singer-songwriter. His interest in performance began during his high school years, where he initially resisted but eventually embraced a required theater course, going on to join the school's theater company. After graduating from the Liceo Scientifico "Leonardo da Vinci" in Gallarate, he moved to Bologna to study acting and dubbing at the national cinema academy from late 2015 to early 2017. Before and during this training, he gained early experience by assisting at dubbing sessions, performing in comedy clubs like Zelig, and working as a waiter at a local theater.

In addition to his work in animation, Maggioni has worked on dubbing for live-action television series and films for streaming platforms and networks including Netflix, Amazon, and Mediaset, with credits including Cobra Kai and Emily in Paris. He has also performed voice work for video games, such as Spider-Man and Fallout 77, describing the experience as pure voice acting that allows for greater creative freedom without the constraint of matching a pre-existing visual performance.
Beyond dubbing, Maggioni has worked as an author and voice for the Italian radio program Lo Zoo di 105. His background also includes a period of creation during the COVID-19 pandemic, during which he recorded audiobooks and commercials from his home studio and created daily comedy videos for social media. His career path has included work as a comedian and cabaret performer, and he has expressed a desire to return to live stage performance.
