Etsuo Yokobori is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor born on September 29, 1963, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the theatrical troupe Seinenza. In the world of anime, one of Yokobori's notable roles is Kazuma Satoyama in the 2005 series Tide-Line Blue, where he appears in all twelve episodes.
