Seijun Tamura is a Japanese voice actor born on December 25 in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, with blood type B. He is affiliated with the talent agency Power Rise, though he was previously associated with Atomic Monkey. His interests and skills include bowling, table tennis, and speaking the Kyoto dialect.

Tamura is best known for his participation in the voice remake project for the soccer anime Whistle!. In this 2016 web anime series, which re-recorded the dialogue for the original 2002 television animation, he voiced the character Ippei Toyama. He continued his involvement with the Whistle! universe in 2017, voicing the character Kurita Tomozou in a subsequent web anime adaptation.

His other anime voice credits include roles in the 2021 theatrical film Looking for Magical DoReMi, where he voiced a minor role as a Person in the City, and the 2022 television anime Futsal Boys, where he played a Former Member A.

Beyond animation, Tamura has contributed to several video games. In 2017, his roles included White Bird Tea in the title Sangokushi BLADE, Mami in DragonHeart, and Thor in Ragnarok Valhalla Saga.
