Frank Zotter is a voice actor known for his work in animated series, particularly in the English dubs of Japanese anime. His background, however, extends significantly beyond voiceover, rooted in an extensive career in classical theatre and live-action television.

Zotter is a graduate of the National Theatre School and holds a Master of Fine Arts in acting from the University of British Columbia, where he earned the first ever MFA in acting conferred by the institution. His stage career is substantial, with over one hundred theatre productions performed from coast to coast. Professional highlights include playing Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Stratford Festival, joining the acting ensemble at the Court Theater in Chicago, and performing Off-Broadway at the Abingdon Theater. In Vancouver, he has worked with numerous local theatre companies, including the Arts Club, the Vancouver Playhouse, and Bard on the Beach.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Frank Zotter is recognized for two primary roles. He voices the character Ulla in the series Viper's Creed. Additionally, he voices the character Doom in the animated series Deltora Quest. His on-screen television and film credits include appearances on iZombie, several Hallmark films, Mythquest, Mixed Blessings, and Twice in a Lifetime.

Zotter has received recognition for his acting work. He has won both the Sterling and Betty Mitchell awards for Outstanding Lead Actor, as well as the Critter award. He was also named Best Actor in a Short Film at the 2009 Vancouver Film Festival.
