Yoshihiro Kanemitsu is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) from Osaka Prefecture, born on August 27. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and is a graduate of the 20th batch of the Aoni Juku voice acting school in Osaka. Kanemitsu is known to speak the Kansai dialect, and his special skill is karate.

Kanemitsu has been active as a voice actor since at least 2006. His early career included roles in several anime series in 2007, such as a commentator in Dennou Coil (also known as Coil - A Circle of Children) and as a character named No. 2 in the suspense anime Kaiji. In the years that followed, he appeared in a variety of other series including Pixie Gale, Marginal Prince, and One Piece. His work also extends to video games, with a notable early role in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood.

In 2024, Kanemitsu gained wider recognition for his role as Tsutomu Isaki in the anime adaptation of The Fable. Isaki is a new investigator and former member of the Muroko gang, introduced in the second cour of the series. This role was part of a cast announcement that included prominent voice actors such as Takehito Koyasu and Chika Anzai.

Beyond his anime and game work, Kanemitsu has also worked as a narrator for various Japanese television programs. His career demonstrates a steady presence in the industry, taking on a range of supporting roles across different media.
