Isabel Quinteros is a Chilean dubbing actress and voice-over artist known for her work in Spanish-language dubs of anime series and animated films. Her career in voice acting includes a number of supporting and guest roles in various productions.

One of her most recognized voice roles is Chiyako Matsuura in the anime series Marmalade Boy. Her other work in anime includes the role of Misaki Kamiki Jurai in Tenchi Muyo: The Adventures of Tenchi 2, Esperanza Nielsen and Charlotte in Orphen: The Revenge, Viola in Zoids, and Mitsuki in The Universe of Tenchi. She also provided the voice for the Inspector in an episode of You're Under Arrest!.

Beyond anime, Quinteros contributed additional voices to animated series such as Jason and the Heroes of Mount Olympus and provided character voices for the Spanish dub of Avatar: The Last Airbender, including the passport clerk and the character Hama. Her film dubbing work includes the role of the Celestial Queen in the original dub of the animated film Babar: The Movie.
