Her most prominent and widely recognized role is providing the English voice for Sergeant Major Lili Stecchin in the anime series Pumpkin Scissors.

The character Lili Stecchin serves as the clerk and aide to Captain Hunks within the Section III unit known as Pumpkin Scissors. She is portrayed as a bashful young woman with a hobby of singing, a trait that aligns with Passley's real-life background as a vocal performer. Passley voiced this supporting protagonist throughout the English dub of the series, which was produced by ADV Films and released on DVD in North America starting in 2007.
