Fumina Hara is a Japanese actress, model, and occasional voice actress born on May 22, 1981, in Tokyo, Japan. She first entered the entertainment industry after being discovered in a national high school uniform beauty contest held by Weekly Young Jump in 1998. Her early career included performing as the second actress to play the lead role of Usagi Tsukino, also known as Sailor Moon, in the Sailor Moon musicals, a series of stage productions based on the popular manga and anime franchise. She performed in these musicals from 1998 to 1999.

As a voice actor, Hara is known for the role of Kokoro Tokunaga in the anime series Aishiteruze Baby, which aired in 2004. The character is a quiet and popular high school girl who becomes the girlfriend of the main protagonist, Kippei Katakura.

Another voice role includes providing the voice for the character Una in the video game Rockman DASH 2, known as Mega Man Legends 2 in western markets. Additionally, she performed the ending theme song for this game, titled Naite Ii Yo.
