Noriyuki Uchino was a Japanese voice actor and actor born on October 2, 1977, in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He began his voice acting career around the year 2000 and was active in the industry until 2006. During his early career, he was affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise before later moving to the theatrical group Theater group Yen, where he also worked as a stage actor.

Uchino is best known for his role as Hiroyuki Tokumori in the 2005 anime series Paradise Kiss, produced by Madhouse and Aniplex. In this series, his character is a studious and kind-hearted classmate of the protagonist Yukari Hayasaka, who later becomes a significant figure in her life. Unfortunately, this remains his most widely recognized anime credit, as his career was brief.

On the morning of June 11, 2006, Noriyuki Uchino was involved in a motorcycle accident. He was pronounced dead at a hospital at the age of 28. His voice acting portfolio is limited to the early 2000s, with Paradise Kiss standing as his most notable and lasting contribution to anime.
