Nijiko Kiyokawa was a Japanese actress and voice actor born Hana Sekiguchi on November 24, 1912 in Matsudo, Chiba, Japan. She made her screen debut in 1934 with Toho's production Tadano Bonji: Studying Her Life. Over a career that spanned nearly seven decades, she became known for her work as a comedic actress in film. Her career continued until her death on May 24, 2002 in Takatsu, Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan at the age of 89.

As a voice actor, Kiyokawa is best known for her role in the anime film Pom Poko, the 1994 Studio Ghibli film directed by Isao Takahata. In Pom Poko, she provided the voice for Oroku-baba, who is also known as Old Fireball or simply Oroku. The character serves as the tough-talking matriarch of the tanuki who lead the fight against urban development. This role stands as her most prominent and widely recognized voice acting credit. Her work in anime appears to be limited, with Pom Poko being her primary contribution to the medium.

Beyond her voice work, Kiyokawa had an extensive career in live-action film. She was later awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Fourth Class in 1990, a significant Japanese honor.
