Bettina Kenter is a German voice actress, stage and screen actress, and author, born on March 10, 1951, in Wiesbaden, Germany. Her career encompasses extensive work in film dubbing, where she has provided German voices for numerous international productions. Kenter is recognized for her contributions to the German-language localizations of various anime series, particularly during the mid-2000s.

Among her notable anime voice roles, Kenter is known for playing Paula Souwauski in the series Trinity Blood and Shinsen Tennozu in the series Speed Grapher. Both of these series were produced by the animation studio Gonzo and were released in 2005. In Trinity Blood, her character, Sister Paula Souwauski, is a member of the Department of Inquisition. Her other anime credits from that period include the role of Yoshino Uehara in the 2004 series Gantz. In subsequent years, her voice work in anime continued with roles such as Corinna in The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent (2021) and its second season, as well as a role in the acclaimed Studio Ghibli film The Boy and the Heron (2023) as Kazuko. She has also contributed to series including World's End Harem, Forest of Piano, Devilman Crybaby, and Mushi-Shi.

Beyond anime, Kenter has an extensive career in German dubbing for live-action film and television.
