Scarlett McAlister is an American actress known for her work in both live-action and voice-over roles, including English dubbing for anime productions. Born on March 14, 1977 in Arlington, Texas, her full name is Katie Scarlett McAlister, and she has also been credited under variations such as Scarlet McAlister and K. Scarlett McAlister.

McAlister is perhaps best known in the anime community for providing the English voice of Eclipse in the science fiction series Kiddy Grade. Eclipse is the head of the ES Force for the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT), a former ES Member herself who possesses the ability known as Kvant. McAlister also contributed additional voices to the long-running detective series Detective Conan (Case Closed), including the role of Yoko Sawaki, a character localized as Karen Keeler in the Funimation adaptation.
