Pascal Nowak is a French voice actor known for his extensive work in the French dubbing of foreign-language productions, particularly Japanese anime. Born on October 6, 1972, he has built a significant career providing French voices for a wide range of characters in animated series and films.

Nowak's portfolio includes numerous notable anime roles. He provides the voice for Armbrust in the science fiction series Kiddy Grade and portrays Seiji Ogata in the series Hikaru no Go. His other significant anime credits include Ryuji Sugashita in DNA², Kyotaro Oshima in The Gokusen, and Vincent Azley in Last Exile. He also contributed to the French adaptation of the Star Wars: Visions episode Tatooine Rhapsody as the character Jay, and voiced Ryô in the series 7SEEDS. In the first French dub of Sgt. Frog (Keroro), he was the voice of Dororo.

Beyond television series, Nowak has voiced characters in several animated feature films.
