The voice actor known professionally as Todd Garbeil is an American performer whose career in anime and animation spans multiple major dubbing studios. Garbeil is widely recognized as an alternate name for Jonathan Todd Ross, an actor born on May 30, 1978, who has been active in the industry since 2000. This credit name appears on a range of productions for prominent companies such as 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media, and Media Blasters.

Garbeil is most famously known for his work within the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. He is the voice behind the antagonistic characters Marik Ishtar and his darker alter ego Yami Marik in the original Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series. His involvement with the franchise extended into its sequel, where he voiced Slade Princeton in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Outside of this major franchise, Garbeil contributed to the English dub of the otaku-centric series Genshiken, taking on the role of the Genshiken Chairman as mentioned.
