Beyond Key the Metal Idol, Leitch's other prominent voice role in animation was as Boom Boom, also known as Tabitha Smith, in the series X-Men: Evolution, where she appeared in twelve episodes from 2001 to 2003. In addition to her voice work, Leitch has maintained a substantial career in live-action film and television. Her credits include guest appearances on a wide range of popular genre series such as Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Supernatural, and Fringe, as well as a recurring role as Doreen Lafferty in the miniseries Under the Banner of Heaven.
