Mónica Pavón is a Mexican voice actress and dubbing director. She has more than sixteen years of experience in the voice-over specialty. Her acting training took place at C. A. D. A. C. and the San Jerónimo theater with César Balcázar and Pablo Cheng. Her educational background includes a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). In addition to dubbing, she works professionally in radio, television, cinema, commercial voice-over, and especially in theater.

Mónica Pavón is recognized for providing the Latin American Spanish voice for the character Milly Thompson in the anime series Trigun. In this science fiction western series, Milly Thompson is an agent of the Bernardelli Insurance Society and the partner of Meryl Stryfe. Her other anime roles include Monet in One Piece.

Her filmography includes dubbing work for a wide range of live-action films and television series. In film, she voiced Deborah in Saw III and Saw IV, as well as roles in The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, Precious, Battle Royale, and Veronika Decides to Die. In television, she voiced Andy McNally in Rookie Blue and provided additional voices for series such as Lost, True Blood, Hawaii Five-0, and Sex Education.

Beyond performing, Mónica Pavón also works as a dubbing director. Her career includes recurring collaborations on animated series where she has provided additional voices for productions such as Futurama, Family Guy, and Disenchantment.
