Kyle Evan Rea is an American voice actor, actor, filmmaker, and producer born on September 4, 1981, in Warrenton, Oregon. He has acted in over twenty films and provided voices for more than thirty-five anime, live-action, and motion comic titles. Rea took initial acting classes under Amy Lyndon and in 2007 founded Clockwork Mind Pictures, a genre production company based in Los Angeles.

Rea began his voice-over career in 2009 with his first major role in the English dub of a Fist of the North Star anime title, produced and directed by William Winckler Productions. He is particularly known for his extensive work on this franchise, voicing multiple characters. Across several Fist of the North Star productions released in 2009 and 2011, including The Shin Saga, The Toki Saga, The Souther Saga, The Ray Saga, The Raul Saga, and The Kaioh Saga, he voiced the roles of Shin, Souther, and Toki. His performance as Shin, Souther, and Toki in these films represents a significant portion of his voice-acting portfolio.

Beyond the Fist of the North Star series, Rea voiced roles in numerous other anime features and series. In 2010, he voiced Tochiro in Space Pirate Captain Harlock. During 2011, he worked on several titles including voice roles for the television series Yes! PreCure 5 and Digimon Fusion. The same year, he voiced multiple characters across several anime features, including roles in GeGeGe no Kitarō, The Adventures of Nadja, Gaiking, and Starzinger. He also provided voices for the motion comics Karasuma Kyoko no Jikenbo, The Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok, and Otogi Zoshi in 2012 and 2013.

Rea has also been involved in English dubbing work for Japanese live-action productions in the Ultraman franchise. This includes voicing Belial in Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial and Yapool in Ultra Fight Victory, as well as dubbing the character Ultraman 80 in Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy in 2017.
