Damien Gillard is a Belgian comedian and voice actor born on May 22, 1972, in Charleroi, Belgium. He is primarily known for his work in French-language dubbing of anime and animated series.

Gillard began his career as a stage actor before moving into audiovisual work. His most prominent anime voice role is Cho Hakkai in the series Saiyuki, also known as Gensômaden Saiyuki, a fantasy adventure series based on the classical Chinese novel Journey to the West. He is also credited as the French voice for Shadi in the first two seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh!, as Masato Tsubaki in Reideen, and for multiple characters in Les Enquêtes de Kindaichi.

Beyond his work in Japanese animation, Gillard has provided voice work for several animated films. His film dubbing credits include roles in Judy, Zibilla ou la vie zébrée, Tout là-haut, and the French-Belgian animated feature Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods. He has also worked in live-action cinema, appearing in the comedy Les Vedettes and La Folle Histoire de Max et Léon.
