Brad Rowen is an American voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing, with his most recognized role being Tadaaki Kusano in the English dub of the series GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka. In this series, which was released on DVD by TOKYOPOP in 2002, Rowen voiced a student at Holy Forest Academy who is part of Kunio Murai's group of friends.
