Annie Pondel is the professional pseudonym of American voice actress Roxanne Beck, used primarily for her work on the English-language dubs of several prominent anime series in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Pondel is best known for her role as Wakaba Shinohara in the acclaimed and influential series Revolutionary Girl Utena. In this complex and surreal anime, Wakaba is Utena Tenjou's cheerful and loyal best friend, whose crush on a fellow student inadvertently sets the series' central dueling plot in motion. Pondel provided the voice for Wakaba throughout the television series, capturing the character's energetic personality, moments of vulnerability, and later, her darker turn as a Black Rose Duelist. Beyond Wakaba, she also voiced other characters in the series, including Kozue Kaoru and C-Ko.

In addition to her work on Revolutionary Girl Utena, Annie Pondel built much of her career in the English dub of the globally popular franchise Pokémon. During the first two seasons of the anime, she was credited under the name Annie Pondel, voicing a variety of human characters and Pokémon of the day. After these initial seasons, she continued her work on the series but was credited under her legal name, Roxanne Beck.

Other notable anime roles under the Pondel name include Arisa Nishi and Rie Sato in the psychological horror series Boogiepop Phantom. Her voice acting credits also extend to English dubs of other anime films, such as the role of Lum Invader in Urusei Yatsura 2: Beautiful Dreamer. Outside of anime, she provided the singing voice for the character Patti Mayonnaise in the Disney animated series Doug.
