Sheri Sims is an American voice actor known primarily for her work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, with much of her career active during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Her professional training includes studying voice over with instructors such as John Swasey at ADV Films and Susan Silo in Los Angeles, as well as improvisation work. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Houston.

One of her notable roles is providing the young voice for the character Mireille Bouquet in the acclaimed anime series Noir. In this series, the adult Mireille is voiced by Shelley Calene-Black, while Sims voices the character in childhood flashback sequences. She also plays the role of Odette Bouquet in the same series. Her additional voice credits in Noir include a Russian Girl and other additional voices.

Throughout her career, Sims has contributed to numerous other anime titles produced during the Houston-based dubbing era. She voices the character Mikako Hyatt in the comedy series Excel Saga.
