Jesús Rondón is a Venezuelan theater and voice actor, announcer, playwright, and dubbing director. He is recognized for his extensive work in anime and animated series dubbing into Latin American Spanish. One of his notable anime roles is Luis Muraki in the series Miyuki, known in Spanish as Vacaciones de verano.

His career in voice acting spans numerous productions across multiple genres. In anime, his credits include Spencer Petrov in Beyblade, Sr. Elf in Los Justicieros, and additional voices in various other series. Beyond anime, Rondón has a significant presence in Western animation, providing voices for characters such as Jamie the mailman in Steven Universe, Mamut in Los Jóvenes Titanes (Teen Titans), and Duke in Animanía.
