Dorah Fine is an American voice actor and voice director based in Los Angeles, California, known for her extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. She has been active in the industry since at least 2010, providing voices for numerous productions through studios like Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Dubbing Brothers. Beyond performance, Fine has also taken on roles as a voice director and educator, contributing to the next generation of voice actors.

A graduate of Rollins College with a degree in Theatre Arts, Fine's career path includes experience as a public school drama teacher and performer in Orlando area theaters and theme parks before relocating to California to pursue voice acting full-time. This background in theatre and education informs her work as both a performer and a coach. She currently serves as the Director of Education at Adventures in Voice Acting, nurturing new talent in the field.

Fine's anime filmography is extensive, featuring a wide range of supporting and leading roles. She is well-recognized for her portrayal of Hulun in both seasons of Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE. Another prominent role is that of Tammy Nobi, the mother of the protagonist, in the Netflix English dub of the feature film Stand By Me Doraemon 2. This role was particularly notable as it marked a change from the actor who had previously voiced the character in other dubs. Her other anime credits include Toko Aoi in Beyblade Burst: Turbo, Furcas in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, and roles in series such as Lupin the 3rd Part 6, Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre, and Heavenly Delusion.
