Dorah Fine is an American voice actor and voice director based in Los Angeles, California, known for her extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. She has been active in the industry since at least 2010, providing voices for numerous productions through studios like Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Dubbing Brothers. Beyond performance, Fine has also taken on roles as a voice director and educator, contributing to the next generation of voice actors.

A graduate of Rollins College with a degree in Theatre Arts, Fine's career path includes experience as a public school drama teacher and performer in Orlando area theaters and theme parks before relocating to California to pursue voice acting full-time. This background in theatre and education informs her work as both a performer and a coach.
