Saki Kobari is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the agency 81 Produce, which she joined in April 2018. Her birthday is February 23, though her full birth year is not publicly disclosed.

Kobari began her voice acting career in the 2010s. While in her third year of high school, she won an award in the domestic category of the international Seiyu Tamashii voice acting competition. In August 2018, she became a participant in the world's first basketball league organized by voice actors, the Seiyu Jr. Basketball 3x3 SJ3.LEAGUE, as a member of the team Cherubiacchi.

Her voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of supporting roles in numerous anime television series. In 2025, she was cast as Idhi in the television series Dusk Beyond the End of the World. Her other notable anime credits include roles in Chainsaw Man as Daughter, Lycoris Recoil as Train Announcement, Summer Pockets, BanG Dream! Ave Mujica as Fan B, Nyaight of the Living Cat as Woman, With You and the Rain as Student On Day Duty, and I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? as Ninnin Maid.
