Ran Koba, also known as Koba Ran, is a voice actress of Chinese origin active in the Japanese anime industry. She was born on September 25 in Shanghai, China, where she was also raised. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production.

Koba became interested in voice acting as a child after watching Japanese anime characters speak in Chinese on television. Before pursuing voice acting, she had a background in music, composing and playing the piano in a band from the age of 13. She continues to play piano and has experience with solo karaoke and music composition as hobbies. Koba is noted for her multilingual abilities, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese including Beijing and Shanghai dialects, Japanese, and English. Her work in dubbing includes providing the voice for Trinkix in the series Rez Ball and for An Celin in the series True Beauty. She has also appeared in the radio drama CD Unmei Dakedo Aiairenai.
