Tsumugi Okura is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the Japan Narration Acting Institute as part of her artistic training. Born on November 21, she is a native of Saitama Prefecture in Japan. Outside of her voice work, her personal interests include watching baseball, observing flowing water, visiting planetariums, and watching films. Her skills include making cocoa cookies, playing the trombone, and swimming.
