Taiga Takano is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce. Hailing from Hokkaido, Takano was born on September 1st. He first gained industry recognition by winning the 16th Seiyu Awards Newcomer Discovery Audition, where he received offers from a record seven different companies. This early promise was later fulfilled when he received the Best New Voice Actor Award at the 20th Seiyu Awards.
Takano secured his first major starring role as Shinkurou Unzen in the anime series Binan Kōkō Chikyū Bōei-bu Haikara!. Beyond this leading part, his anime voice acting credits include a range of supporting and guest roles in series such as mono, Kinokoinu, Witch Watch, ATRI: My Dear Moments, I'm Getting Married to a Girl I Hate in My Class, MIX Season 2, and Duel Masters LOST Tsuioku no Suishō.
