Lily Lammers is a non-binary and bigender voice actor based in Los Angeles, California, originally from Valencia, California. She uses she, he, and they pronouns. Lammers studied theater at Mills College in Oakland, where she also had the opportunity to study at the American Conservatory Theater and Middlebury Language Schools. At Middlebury, he focused on Japanese language and culture with an emphasis on performing arts, including rakugo and anime.

Lammers began pursuing voice acting after meeting Wendee Lee, the voice of the character Haruhi Suzumiya, which helped her realize her dream was achievable. She worked with a voice coach and started securing roles on projects such as Quantum Leap and Fire Emblem Heroes.
