Lily Lammers is a non-binary and bigender voice actor based in Los Angeles, California, originally from Valencia, California. She uses she, he, and they pronouns. Lammers studied theater at Mills College in Oakland, where she also had the opportunity to study at the American Conservatory Theater and Middlebury Language Schools. At Middlebury, he focused on Japanese language and culture with an emphasis on performing arts, including rakugo and anime.

Lammers began pursuing voice acting after meeting Wendee Lee, the voice of the character Haruhi Suzumiya, which helped her realize her dream was achievable. She worked with a voice coach and started securing roles on projects such as Quantum Leap and Fire Emblem Heroes. In the anime and video game field, Lammers has voiced characters in several major franchises. She is known for her work in the English dub of Digimon Beatbreak, where she portrays both Maki Kutsuwada and Pristimon. The character Pristimon is Reina Sakuya's partner Digimon, described as having a big sister personality who grew up with Reina from a young age. Lammers has also contributed to the Pokemon franchise, providing voices for characters in Pokemon Masters EX.

Beyond voice acting, Lammers is an advocate for mental health awareness, drawing from personal experience with an anxiety disorder that began at age sixteen. She has spoken publicly about the importance of breaking down stigmas surrounding mental health and disabilities, and hopes her work can help others who may be struggling. In her free time, she enjoys listening to old radio dramas, practicing lightsaber combat, and learning new languages.
