Andrew Frankel is an English-language voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing and animated series. He gained recognition for his performance as Ichiro in the 2024 remake of the classic series Ranma ½. In this English dub production, he voices the character Ichiro, a friend of the protagonist Ranma Saotome. Frankel also portrays the character Yūki Kawai, also known as Be Daiyocha, in the anime series The Fable. The English dub for The Fable, directed by Brook Chalmers and Todd Haberkorn at Iyuno Media Group, premiered on streaming platforms in March 2025.

Beyond these prominent roles, Frankel’s anime voice acting credits include the role of Olukt the Drifting Compass Needle in Ishura and additional voices in the series Scissor Seven. He has also worked on animated projects outside the Japanese anime genre, providing voices for the series Jellystone!, where he played Fancy Fancy and Jonny Quest, as well as roles in Rock, Paper, Scissors and Cuquin. His film work includes a voice part in the 2023 animated feature Mars Express.
