Loïc Baugin is a French actor who worked extensively in voice dubbing during the 1980s and 1990s. He is part of a family of voice actors, with brothers Éric, Franck, and Ludovic also working in the French dubbing industry.

Baugin is perhaps best known for providing the first French voice for the character Leonardo in the animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, known in France as Tortues Ninja: Les Chevaliers d'écaille. He voiced Leonardo for the first 26 episodes of the series before being replaced by other actors. Another significant role was providing the French voice for the character Zach in the series The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers.

His other voice roles in animation include Brutos and Claude in the series Galvion, Ash in Kidd Video, and Bunji in Les Bioniques. He also provided various voices for episodes of Denver, the Last Dinosaur. In anime films, his work includes voicing Maximilian Genius in Macross: Do You Remember Love?, as well as roles in They Were Eleven and Ivanhoé.

Beyond animation, Baugin was also the first regular French voice actor for American actor Brad Pitt.
