Hugo Alatorre, also known formerly as Hugo Rivas, is a voice actor born in Tijuana, Baja California on June 1, 1993. His career in voice work includes contributions to both animated films and anime series.

In the field of anime voice acting, Alatorre is known for his role as Kans in the English version of the series The Unaware Atelier Meister, which premiered in 2025. He also provided the voice for Tsukasa Suga in the 2024 adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin, in addition to performing additional voices for the same series. Beyond anime, his animation voice credits include roles in Epithet Erased in 2019, as well as in the animated films Colorin Colorado, este cuento no ha acabado in 2007 and Criaturas Marinas in 2012.
