Konatsu Hirabayashi is a Japanese voice actress from Aichi Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Atomic Monkey. Her birthday is August 27. Her hobbies and skills include cooking, singing, drawing, sewing, watching plays, and rhythmic gymnastics, and she speaks the Aichi dialect.

Hirabayashi's early voice work included smaller roles and additional voices.
