Fajer Al-Kaisi is an Iraqi-Canadian actor and voice over artist born in Iraq on May 7, 1979, and based in Montreal. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 2005, building a career that spans live-action television, film, theater, and voice acting for animation and audiobooks.

In the realm of anime and animated series, Al-Kaisi is recognized for his voice work in English dubs. He provides the English voice for the character Challia Bull in the series Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. This character, originally from the broader Gundam franchise, appears in this new iteration of the series. He also contributes his voice to the animated series Jellystone!, where he voices multiple characters including Hadji, Shazzan, Quack-Up, Klunk, and Inch High. In addition, he has performed voice work for the English dub of the long-running Pokémon series, beginning in its twenty-fifth season, where he is credited as Fajer Kaisi.

Beyond his roles in animation, Al-Kaisi has extensive credits as an audiobook narrator, having recorded over a hundred titles. For his work in this field, he has been a finalist for the Audie Award for best male performance for his narration of Fives and Twenty-Fives in 2015 and has received multiple AudioFile Earphones Awards. In live-action television, his appearances include recurring and guest roles on series such as Future Man, Daredevil, The Blacklist, Person of Interest, Madam Secretary, and 30 Rock. His film credits include The Report and Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk. On stage, he has performed in productions at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Guthrie Theatre, and he was nominated for a Drama League Award for Best Ensemble for the play Aftermath in 2011. He also co-hosts the podcast BardQuest Empire.
