Hiroaki Okuda is a Japanese voice actor born on April 17 in Shizuoka Prefecture. He is affiliated with Mausu Promotion, having previously been with Ken Production from April 2016 to March 2022 before a freelance period. His known hobbies and special skills include darts, baseball, piano, table tennis, and pachinko and slot machines, and he speaks the Shizuoka dialect.
