Kenichi Mine is a Japanese voice actor born on May 20, 1981, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog. Mine is a graduate of the Pro-Fit voice actor training school. After his previous agency, Pro-Fit, closed its management business at the end of March 2022, he transferred to Raccoon Dog in April of the same year.

Mine has built a career primarily as a versatile supporting actor, providing voices for numerous characters in anime and video games. His anime roles include Kenzou Kawahori in Another, the Chemistry Teacher and Student Council Chairman in School Days, a member of the merchants' committee in Dan Da Dan, a zombie in Chainsaw Man, a spirit person in The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2, and a rakshasa in The Misfit of Demon King Academy II. He also appeared in Girls und Panzer, Persona 4 The Animation, and Accel World. In Thunderbolt Fantasy, a puppet-based series, he takes on the role of Ā Pí Nà. His work in the medium also extends to film, with a part in the Naruto Shippuden movie as a Palace Guard.

His voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of video game titles. He has provided additional voices for major international releases such as Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, as well as localization for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. His other notable game credits include Harry Benson and Valefar in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Morbihan in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, Ulval in Ys X: Nordics, roles in Persona 4 Arena and its update Ultimax, and additional voice acting for Far Cry 5 and The Cursed Crusade.

In terms of skills and personal interests, Mine speaks the Kansai dialect. His hobbies include listening to J-POP, singing, and sleeping. He is noted for being good with computers and for his ability to take good care of his possessions.
